We share this site with Gloucester Foodbank and Gloucester City Mission.

There is a recognised population of homeless people and families across the county who find it difficult to access primary health care because of their circumstances and lifestyle.

Our Homeless Healthcare Team offers permanent registration for those patients with a high level of need, and provides a safe environment for patients who have been removed from GP lists and are registered on the PVP scheme.

We provide a flexible service which enables homeless people to access primary health care. We offer a walk-in service with daily access to our nursing team, three GP-run clinics every week and outreach at various locations.

Our aim is to promote self-care, whilst improving access to mainstream health and social care services, with the ultimate goal of re-integrating people back into mainstream primary health care.
