RCN nurses cutting a cakeNurses from our Trust have been getting behind a campaign led by the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) which is asking people up and down the country to join them in celebrating Nurses’ Day today, Monday 12 May.

From the moment a new life begins, to saying goodbye to a loved one, and all the stages in between, the RCN wants to celebrate the remarkable difference nursing makes.

People are getting involved with events, stands, and even by baking cakes, like the clinical quality team’s nurse themed cake at the Trust's main office in Brockworth.
