Phyiotherapist Kathryn Ker leads staff in some stretches as part of Work out at Work Day'Workout at Work' Week was just the call to action needed for staff to get stretching, walking, stepping and cycling, with a range of events led by physiotherapists at Trust sites including Edward Jenner Court, George Moore Community Clinic, Vale Community Hospital, Cirencester Hospital and North Cotswolds Hospital.

 

Events from the Trust's HQ Edward Jenner Court included led walks around Gloucester Business Park and a bike breakfast for those who had cycled to work.  Pilates and tai chi sessions were held at several sites, and there was a ‘Stepathon’ challenge in the physio department at Cirencester Hospital.
