Podiatry - Sally Willerton - smallerPodiatry services in Gloucestershire were given a national profile recently when Chris Boden, head of the Trust’s podiatry services, produced a high-level piece of strategy work to identify how Allied Health Professionals - podiatrists specifically – can help support older people to maintain their independence at home and prevent unnecessary hospital admissions. 

Chris acts as an expert advisor to the Department of Health on older people’s podiatry, and his response is going into a report for Una O’Brien, Permanent Secretary at the Department of Health).
